ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the daily administrative functions of the Human Resources department. This role will assist with employee onboarding, HR system administration, employee record maintenance, reporting, and other HR support functions across a multi-division organization.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, service-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Administration
- Process and maintain employee records within HR systems, including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes
- Enter and maintain employee data in ADP Workforce Now and related HR systems
- Maintain accurate and organized employee files and HR documentation
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data requests
Onboarding & Hiring Support
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees
- Prepare onboarding documents and employment paperwork
- Complete and maintain compliance documentation, including E-Verify processing and I-9 coordination
- Support orientation and new hire processes
Employee Support
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR processes, policies, and documentation
- Assist employees with forms, employment verifications, and general HR inquiries
- Support benefit enrollment and administrative processes as needed
Compliance & Organization
- Ensure HR records are maintained in compliance with company policy and applicable employment regulations
- Assist with document retention, filing, and recordkeeping processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of HR administrative or office experience preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
Preferred:
- Experience with onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR recordkeeping
- Knowledge of basic employment and HR compliance practices
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
