Experience: 1 to 3 years

Key Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations

Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)

Ability to multitask and support the HR team

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

Scheduling and coordinating interviews

Maintaining candidate and client databases

Supporting documentation and joining formalities

Supportive work environment

Growth opportunity in HR field

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

Good negotiation and presentation skills

Salary: Based on Experience and performance (Attractive Incentives Included)
