Emirates Hospitality Center – We’re Hiring: HR Coordinator (Catering Experience Required)

We’re strengthening our people operations and looking for an HR Coordinator with solid catering industry exposure to support high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments.

Core Requirements

  • Proven HR coordination experience within catering/hospitality operations
  • Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance standards
  • Hands-on experience in CV sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
  • Drafting and issuing offer letters, managing approvals, and candidate follow-ups
  • End-to-end recruitment coordination, from requisition to onboarding
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment databases, trackers, and personnel records
  • Strong coordination with operations to meet manpower timelines
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and process discipline

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in catering or equivalent hospitality operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in high-volume manpower settings
