HR Coordinator / HR Recruiter

Job Position: HR Recruiter/HR Coordinator.


Exp: 6 month to 2 years


HR Recruiter International Recruitment


Objective: To source, attract, and hire top international talent across various regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through global job boards, social media, and international networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews across time zones and cultures.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand global staffing needs.
  • Manage offer negotiations, visa processes, and relocation logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws and data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with international exposure.
  • Strong understanding of global hiring practices and immigration policies.
  • Excellent communication and intercultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

HR Coordinator International Recruitment


Objective: To support the international recruitment process by coordinating logistics, documentation, and communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews across global time zones.
  • Assist with onboarding international hires, including visa and relocation support.
  • Maintain accurate records of international candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Liaise with external agencies and immigration consultants.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and hiring trends.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding initiatives in global markets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of HR coordination experience, ideally in a multinational setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with global HR systems and compliance requirements.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
