HR Coordinator/Recruiter- On-Site

This is your chance to make a real impact by driving the full cycle hiring process for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on hourly positions.

Your experience in high-volume recruiting, onboarding, new hire orientation, employee/labor relations, and wage and salary administration will be key to your success.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Review and source resumes that meet job requirements and conduct phone interviews to assess applicant qualification
  • Coordinate onsite interviews for management team
  • Track candidate activity; provide communication and updates on positions and selected candidates to hiring managers
  • Draft and extend offer letters
  • Coordinate and track screening process of background checks, drug tests, and physicals
  • Train managers on new hire on-boarding process
  • Keep up to date on company policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the department as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associate degree a big plus. Three years progressive recruiting experience for light industrial, administrative, technical and professional positions, or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Thorough understanding of state and federal laws governing human resources and recruiting practice
  • Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking systems/Talent Management software; experience with Digital Recruiter will be a big plus.
  • Must have strong organization skills and the ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Strong drive for results with the ability to operate successfully in a team based environment
