Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated HR cum Office Administrator to support HR operations and manage day-to-day office administration. Candidates with a relevant degree are welcome—freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and assist in preparing basic HR reports.
  • Help execute employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, stationery, and general admin tasks.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination at the front desk.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams as needed.
  • Maintain office files, documents, and assist management with administrative support.
  • Organize meetings, scheduling, and event arrangements.
  • Eligible candidates: Any relevant degree; fresher or up to 1 year of experience preferred with good communication and MS Office skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
