Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated HR cum Office Administrator to support HR operations and manage day-to-day office administration. Candidates with a relevant degree are welcome—freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leaves, and assist in preparing basic HR reports.
- Help execute employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, stationery, and general admin tasks.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination at the front desk.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams as needed.
- Maintain office files, documents, and assist management with administrative support.
- Organize meetings, scheduling, and event arrangements.
- Eligible candidates: Any relevant degree; fresher or up to 1 year of experience preferred with good communication and MS Office skills.
