We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an HR & Front Desk Executive. This dual-role position is ideal for a fresher who is eager to start their career by gaining hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Front Office Management.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and front-office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
HR Support
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR team in recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
- Assist in attendance management and leave tracking.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, presentable personality, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
