HR Data Analyst

We are looking for an HR Data Analytics / MI Reporting professional (Level B1) for a commercial specialty insurer client. The role is based in Noida and requires experience in the UK Payroll & Benefits domain within back-office operations.

The role involves collecting and analysing HR data, developing and maintaining HR reports and dashboards, performing data modelling and analysis, and supporting business decision-making through insights. The candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to identify trends, ensure data accuracy, support compliance and analytics requests, and help automate HR reporting processes using tools and technology.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Experience with BI/analytics tools, shared services, or third-party support environments is preferred. The role requires 2-6 years of relevant experience and a graduate/postgraduate degree.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
