About the Role
This position sits in the Group HR Data & Analytics team, reporting to the UK-based HR Data & Analytics Manager. The team provide data, reporting and analysis to HR colleagues and leaders across the world, as well as monitoring the quality of data held in our SAP SuccessFactors HRIS and other databases.
The incumbent will need to:

• Run reports to schedule and ad hoc as required, providing accurate and relevant data to other teams and functions that feeds business processes and enables data-led decision making.
• Manage positions in the HRIS, creating, amending and closing as required by the business.
• Support the move to globally consistent, automated processes by joining project teams to represent data requirements and identify data points that allow us to measure the benefits of new processes and deliver further refinements.
• Work with complete confidentiality and in accordance with data protection legislation (GDPR) and OUP policies.

About YOU
The successful candidate should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics from an HEC recognized university.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence with proven success in data analysis.
• Full competence with Microsoft Office, including enhanced knowledge of Excel.
• The ability to work with large, linked data sets and reports.
• Sound understanding of systems and databases, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency in English language, verbally and in writing.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, presentation and time management skills.
• The ability to work with total confidentiality and handle data securely.
