HR Director

Job Summary

The Human Resource Director is a senior leadership role responsible for all facets of human resources management within the credit union, including talent acquisition, payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will possess experience in strategic planning, and HRIS systems, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.

In addition, this position oversees the credit union's marketing and community outreach initiatives and opportunities. Working closely with the marketing & community relations coordinator to promote brand awareness, enhance financial literacy through various educational opportunities, and support volunteerism within our community.
