HERE’S WHAT THE JOB REALLY LOOKS LIKE

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to oversee the Human Resources strategy and operations across our fast-growing EMEA regions. This role is critical to building a high performing and engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with diverse local regulations.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Partner with business leaders across EMEA to shape and execute people strategies that enable growth and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

  • Mentor and develop HR teams across EMEA.
  • Drive automation and efficiency projects.
  • Manage regional HR budgets and resources effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT’LL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

  • 5+ years of experience with significant exposure to EMEA support
  • Proven track record in scaling HR functions in multinational organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws, employment practices, and HR trends.
  • Experience leading through change and driving organizational transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, law or related field.
