HR Director

We are seeking a strategic and visionary HR Director for one of our clients to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals, and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support organizational growth and objectives.
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change, culture enhancement, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct workforce analytics and prepare reports to inform executive decision-making.
  • Develop and manage HR budget efficiently.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
