We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting business growth through effective people management practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Previous experience as HR Director, Head of HR, or Senior HR Manager.
- Experience within Facilities Management, Real Estate, Services, Infrastructure, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and change management.
- Experience working in multinational or large-scale organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
