The Job:
The HR Director, Functional Excellence is a strategic leader responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, ensuring functional excellence across HR operations, and leading key projects and programs that support business objectives. This role partners with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that enable success, foster a high-performance culture, and support organizational transformation.
As an HR Director, Functional Excellent, you’ll be part of our Global Human Resources team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth, transformation, and change management.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR programs aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assess current organizational structures and processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead organizational design projects, including defining foundational design principles, role clarification, and process optimization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align HR processes with other business functions.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to ensure program alignment and effectiveness and ensuring efforts comply with relevant policies, regulations, and best practices.
The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in change management, organizational design, talent development and driving functional excellence in a multi-site or global organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and operate independently.
  • Resourceful with the ability to navigate the unknown, finding solutions by navigating through internal and external channels
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills focused on helping business deliver value.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and championing continuous improvement.
