Job Description:

Assessing the current employee journey and experience across different touch points (from candidate to alumni) and designing employee journey strategy,

Designing and deploying employee experience solutions that are aligned with the company DNA's,
-
Suggesting and advocating for ways to measure and assess employee experience,
-
Improving data-driven personalized employee experience,
-
Creating employee personas for all touchpoints and differentiating the experience through personas needs and expectations,
-
Executing a full range of responsibilities from strategy through to program design and implementation,
-
Being a thought partner for different teams in designing and improving employee experience,
-
Continuously inventing and inspiring employee experiences, partnering with CoE's,
-
Working with experts to shape the overall digital journey to impact employee experiences and create a true feeling of inclusion ,
-
Defining the yearly plan for employer branding topics and communication concept,
-
Building and managing a long-term employer branding image, talent acquisition strategy and roadmap to attract talents to the company and align candidate and employee experience,
-
Coordinating university relations & activities for participants,
-
Managing the budget for employer branding, talent acquisition activities and employee experience projects,
-
Developing the overall employee experience process in line with the employer branding strategy,
-
Managing already implemented initiatives to improve the overall candidate experience through recruitment and onboarding,
-
Designing future of work experience and improving new working models,
-
Following future trends for designing employee journey and projects.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business or social sciences,
-
Having experience in different HR CoE’s,
-
Great understanding of human and workplace psychology,
-
Having experience in employee experience and executing change management of human resources projects is plus,
-
Able to manage experience survey processes and determining actions according to the results and their implementation,
-
Able to analyse the needs with pulse checks for touch points of employee journey,
-
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization; excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills,
-
Having knowledge about Design Thinking Methodology,
-
Experience with employer branding campaigns, experience with young and professional talent acquisition program is an advantage,
-
Able to manage employee branding and marketing strategies,
-
Tech savvy and proficient with employer branding tools,
-
Knowledge of Human Resources trends, willing to seek for new approaches,
-
Open to learning and hunger for constant improvement,
-
Excellent MS Office skills, strong presentation skills,
-
Strong English proficieny.
