Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager at Expertizo. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees; planning and coordinating employee training and development programs; administering employee benefits and compensation programs; and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for managing employee relations, guiding managers on HR policies and best practices, and handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 1+ years experience as an HR Manager.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees related to MERN Stack.
• Have a good ability to negotiate where necessary.
• Past experience with IT company is necessary.
• Experience in planning and coordinating employee training and development programs
• Have past experience of organizing employee engagement activities
• Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Have past experience of taking overall ownership of the given tasks
• Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and regulations
• SHRM certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri - 9 hrs/day)

Salary: Starting from Rs. 40,000.00 per month (You will be asked to provide your current & expected salary)

Experience:

• HR role in software house: 2+ year (Required)
• Hiring MERN Stack Developers: at least 5 to 6 months (Required)
