HR Executive

Job Title: Human Resource (HR) Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Records: Maintaining accurate HR files and databases.
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Monitoring attendance systems, managing leave applications.
  • Payroll Support: Assisting with salary processing and benefits administration.
  • Compliance: Ensuring company HR practices align with labor laws.
  • Employee Engagement: Supporting company culture, wellness programs, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
  • Policy Enforcement: Communicating and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
  • HRMS (Human Resource Management System)knowledge and handling experience
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge on UAE labor laws
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
