- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollouts).
- Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, deductions).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and grievances; support conflict resolution.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Qualification:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations/recruitment/generalist role.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).
