HR Executive

India

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollouts).
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, deductions).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries and grievances; support conflict resolution.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlements.

Qualification:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations/recruitment/generalist role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).
