- Executive - HR and placements
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening and on boarding).
- Draft job descriptions, post openings, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Conduct reference checks, issue offer letters, and assist with employee onboarding.
- Support HR policies, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners for placement opportunities.
- Coordinate internship and final placement drives for students.
- Guide and prepare students for interviews through training, mock sessions, and counseling.
- Track student performance during internships and placements, sharing feedback with management.
- Maintain placement records, reports, and industry contact databases.
*Requirements*
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or placements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage both internal recruitment and external placement activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and recruitment tools.
