HR Executive

India

Human Resources (HR):

· Manage the complete employee lifecycle: on boarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, PMS and exit formalities.

· Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.

· Assist in payroll inputs, leave & attendance management.

· Support in recruitment activities – scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and ensuring smooth hiring processes.

· Drive employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and welfare activities.

· Handle grievance management and provide HR support to employees.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Administration:

· Oversee office administration activities including housekeeping, stationery, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and facility management.

· Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

· Coordinate with external agencies for office maintenance, utility services, and other admin-related tasks.

· Support in organizing company events, meetings, and celebrations.

IT Support:

· Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware/software issues, emails, printers, and network connectivity.

· Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalated issues and system maintenance.

· Ensure smooth functioning of office IT equipment and communication systems.

· Maintain IT asset records and ensure timely upgrades or replacements.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

· 5-6 years of experience in HR/Admin Good knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
