HR Executive

Kuala, India

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing a wide range of human resources and administrative functions. This includes attendance tracking, payroll processing, overtime & incentive calculation, salary administration, and supporting day-to-day administrative and HR operations in line with company policies and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll & Salary

  • Prepare and process monthly salaries.
  • Generate and distribute payslips.

2. Attendance & Leave

  • Maintain daily attendance records.
  • Manage leave applications and records.
  • Handle biometric or manual attendance system.

3. Overtime & Incentives

  • Track OT hours and calculate payments.
  • Process monthly incentives as per company policy.

4. HR Support

  • Maintain employee records and files.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR.

5. Administration

  • Manage office supplies and general upkeep.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Support day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate in HR or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR/Admin.
  • Good knowledge of payroll and attendance systems.
  • Basic MS Excel and computer skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
