Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and ensuring smooth employee onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
- To maintain daily attendance records, process payroll on time, and ensure accurate timekeeping and labor attendance.
- Address employee grievances, manage performance appraisals based on KPIs, KRAs, and JDs, and ensure employee performance aligns with organizational goals.
- Conduct employee joining formalities, prepare files, collect documents, and issue necessary safety items and ID cards.
- Develop and monitor training programs, maintain an annual training calendar, and ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements.
- Handle the full and final formalities for exiting employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with legal standards.
- Oversee transport services, process Traveling Allowance and Daily Allowance (TADA) reimbursements, and ensure safety and efficiency.
- To manage office supplies ensuring inventory is stocked and coordinating the procurement of necessary documents.
- To Plan the visit agenda of the Field Team with the Directors & HOD and check for its adherence.
