Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you'll be responsible for:

- Recruitment and talent acquisition

- Employee relations and engagement

- Performance management and development

- Payroll and Compliance

- HR process improvement and implementation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

- 2-3 years of experience in HR role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location - Nagpur

Salary -15k to 25k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
