HR Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, compliance, and other related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on benefit plans.
  • Manage performance review processes and ensure timely completion of performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR-related issues.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring all employee data is correctly updated.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Hands-on experience with FlowHCM (HRMS) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
