  • Manage administrative tasks related to hiring, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Provide HR consulting and support on employee relations, grievances, health issues, and organizational changes.
  • Implement HR programs covering recruitment, benefits, training, employee retention, and legal compliance.
  • Support payroll processing including bonus, leave tracking, and benefits adjustments.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR systems accurately.
  • Assist in policy creation, communication, and updates of employee handbooks.
  • Liaise among employees, managers, and executives to enhance engagement and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and administrative functions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Relevant degree in HR, business, or related field; additional HR training is a plus.

This role typically reports to HR management and plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of HR activities within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
