HR Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our pan-India solar business expansion. The role involves hiring teams for different project locations, managing HR operations, and ensuring smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple project locations across India.
• Build and manage a skilled workforce to meet expansion needs.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee compliance.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with different departments and regional managers.
• Support onboarding, training, and induction of new employees.
• Maintain HR records and implement policies as per company standards.
• Assist management in performance tracking and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience (renewable energy / infrastructure sector preferred).
• Strong recruitment and team management skills.
• Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and attendance systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
