Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases, job postings, and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and developing hiring strategies.
- Manage onboarding and documentation formalities for new hires.
- Handle employee queries, HR policies, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Management / or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Intern / Recruiter (freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
