Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, and leaves.
- Assist in payroll preparation and documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–1 year of HR experience (internship experience can be considered).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
