Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll through KEKA HRMS with complete accuracy.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.) and generate reports from KEKA.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee master data.
- Handle employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Prepare payroll MIS, salary registers, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Manage full & final settlements of employees.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Understand manpower requirements and create job postings.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to selection).
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records.
- Handle pre-joining formalities and smooth onboarding of new hires.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with KEKA HR & Payroll software.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Recruitment skills: sourcing, interviewing, and closing positions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High accuracy, confidentiality, and time management.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Commerce / Finance.
- 2–4 years of combined experience in Payroll & Recruitment.
- Experience with KEKA HRMS preferred.
