We’re looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across recruitment, payroll coordination, and core HR operations while being part of a dynamic and collaborative workplace.
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle for IT & non-IT roles starting with identifying the best talent,
- overseeing the interview process and enhancing the candidate experience to ensure exceptional new hires for Dolat.
- Develop effective strategies for identifying; sourcing; attracting; and evaluating candidates, and
- Implement these strategies to fill a broad range of open positions at Dolat.
- Interact closely with fellow recruiters, candidates, and teams across the company to create an effective and streamlined recruiting process designed to bring India’s best talent onboard.
- Conducting HR rounds for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries as per company standards.
- Responsible for rolling out offers to selected candidates.
- Assist with general administration of offer letters and employment contracts
- Taking care of Onboarding and Joining Formalities
- Leading Dolat’s on-campus recruiting strategy at several colleges.
- Represent Dolat on campus and create strong university relationships with career services, professors and alumni
- Employee Engagement
Skills & Experience
- At minimum, a bachelor’s degree from a top college with an excellent academic record.
- Minimum of 2-5 years hands-on recruiting experience & campus recruitment in a dynamic, fast-paced
- environment with a tech focus and emphasis on working on software engineering and quantitative roles.
- Previous experience or interest in the quantitative/technology field is a plus.
- Experience in sourcing using networking, employee referrals, job boards, cold calling, and others.

- Interacting with hiring managers and driving positions to closure.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills to allow you to speak with all levels of candidates
- A sense of humor (we like to laugh!).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
