Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Understand manpower requirements from Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments.
  • Draft job descriptions and recruitment strategies for staff and shop-floor roles.
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, campus drives, ITI institutes, referrals, and contractor networks.
  • Manage bulk hiring drives during expansion or peak demand.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare and execute structured onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Coordinate with line managers to ensure smooth handover and integration of new hires.

Employee Engagement

  • Support the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, especially for shop-floor employees.
  • Track employee feedback and suggest improvements in engagement activities.
  • Build positive employer branding by ensuring good candidate and employee experience.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and records as per audit requirements.
  • Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities adhere to company policies and statutory norms.
  • Provide regular hiring updates to management and participate in HR reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
