HR Executive

Core Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:Overseeing the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviews and job offers.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:Managing the induction of new employees and handling the formal exit procedures for departing staff, including exit interviews.
  • Employee Relations:Acting as a liaison between employees and management, resolving workplace conflicts, and managing grievances.
  • Compensation and Benefits:Designing and administering employee benefit packages, including health insurance and retirement plans, and managing payroll.
  • Training and Development:Assessing employee training needs and coordinating programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management:Coordinating performance review processes and assisting in the creation of employee development plans.
  • Policy Development and Compliance:Creating, updating, and ensuring adherence to HR policies while staying informed about labor laws and legal requirements.
  • Employee Engagement:Planning and executing initiatives to improve employee morale, engagement, and overall workplace satisfaction.

Administrative and Strategic Functions

  • HR Administration: Maintaining detailed employee records, managing HR software, and overseeing daily HR operations.
  • Budget Management: Monitoring and analyzing departmental budgets related to HR activities.
  • Workforce Planning: Forecasting recruitment needs and aligning HR strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Reporting: Analyzing HR metrics and generating reports for management.
  • Confidentiality: Handling and maintaining sensitive employee information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
