Core Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:Overseeing the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviews and job offers.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:Managing the induction of new employees and handling the formal exit procedures for departing staff, including exit interviews.
- Employee Relations:Acting as a liaison between employees and management, resolving workplace conflicts, and managing grievances.
- Compensation and Benefits:Designing and administering employee benefit packages, including health insurance and retirement plans, and managing payroll.
- Training and Development:Assessing employee training needs and coordinating programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management:Coordinating performance review processes and assisting in the creation of employee development plans.
- Policy Development and Compliance:Creating, updating, and ensuring adherence to HR policies while staying informed about labor laws and legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement:Planning and executing initiatives to improve employee morale, engagement, and overall workplace satisfaction.
Administrative and Strategic Functions
- HR Administration: Maintaining detailed employee records, managing HR software, and overseeing daily HR operations.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and analyzing departmental budgets related to HR activities.
- Workforce Planning: Forecasting recruitment needs and aligning HR strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Reporting: Analyzing HR metrics and generating reports for management.
- Confidentiality: Handling and maintaining sensitive employee information with discretion.
