Job Role: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team at First School Preschool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and building a strong workforce to support our vision of quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for teaching and non-teaching roles.
• Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct reference checks, background verification, and ensure compliance with school policies.
• Collaborate with management to understand workforce requirements.
• Organize HR drives, teacher recruitment campaigns, and walk-in interviews.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment (experience in education/preschool sector preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ATS, recruitment tools, and social media hiring.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, child-focused educational environment.
