HR Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Attracting, screening, and hiring top talent

· Building employer branding and managing job postings

· Coordinating interviews and offer letters

2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation

· Welcoming new hires and ensuring smooth transitions

· Conducting orientation sessions

· Setting up training programs and mentorships

3. Policy Development & Compliance

· Creating and enforcing company policies

· Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

· Managing workplace safety and ethics

4. Performance Management

· Setting performance standards KRA and KPIs

· Facilitating appraisals and feedback processes

· Supporting employee growth and development

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

· Fostering a positive workplace culture

· Resolving conflicts and addressing grievances

· Leading employee engagement and wellness initiatives

6. Compensation & Benefits Administration

· Designing competitive salary structures and incentive programs

· Managing payroll, benefits, and leave policies

· Ensuring equity and transparency

7. Learning & Development (L&D)

· Identifying training needs

· Coordinating skill development and leadership programs

· Promoting continuous learning

8. HR Data & Analytics

· Tracking employee metrics and trends

· Supporting strategic decision-making with data insights

· Ensuring data privacy and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
