- Managing employee life-cycle processes from hire to retire
- Tapping multiple sources for staffing & fulfilling manpower (skilled / semi-skilled) needs of the organization based on continuous assessment of exits and new requirements
- The person must possess experience and capability to hire as well as exit workers with equal ease as per business needs
- Custodian of HR & Administration policies, processes, standard operating procedures with heavy focus on systems and process orientation
- Driving social & sustainability audit compliance and certification programs covering business process-flow and people process-flow in a client-focussed environment
- In-depth and hands-on exposure to management of blue-collared workforce, contract workforce, Industrial Relations, employment law matters, Statutory compliances, licenses
- Supervision of wages & salary administration with hands-on expertise in workmen's compensation like piece-rate / fixed-rate, production incentive systems
- Maintaining workplace discipline and harmony with a pro-active approach to communication
