Job Description:

· Recruitment & Selection Process

· Pay roll process.

· Maintenance of office.

· Administer compensation and benefit plans.

· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

· Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.

· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

· Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.

· Exams of Sales department.

· Overview plant activities.

· ISO Documentation handling.

· Implicating HR policy and Practices, keep updating accordingly.

· Reporting to the MD

· Reduce Turnover and absenteeism.

Qualification :

  • MBA/BBA/MSW IN HR
  • Required Experience 0-2 years
  • Developers and Design kindly not applied
