Job Description – HR Executive

Location: Andheri / Kandivali
Experience: 3–6 Years
CTC: 4 – 6 LPA
Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or Graduate with specialization in HR
Gender Preference: Male / Female
Working Days: 6 Days
Timings: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct in alignment with company objectives.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management with accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the performance management cycle including appraisals, feedback, and training needs identification.
  • Organize training & development programs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and workforce allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety norms, and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare MIS reports for management on HR metrics including attrition, headcount, and productivity.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS / HR software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle employee relations with empathy and fairness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Timely closure of recruitment within defined SLA.
  • Accuracy in payroll processing & statutory compliance.
  • Employee retention & satisfaction index.
  • Successful execution of training & engagement activities.
  • Quality of HR MIS reporting for management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,585.73 - ₹40,000.00 per month
