Job Description – HR Executive
Location: Andheri / Kandivali
Experience: 3–6 Years
CTC: 4 – 6 LPA
Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or Graduate with specialization in HR
Gender Preference: Male / Female
Working Days: 6 Days
Timings: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct in alignment with company objectives.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management with accuracy and compliance.
- Support the performance management cycle including appraisals, feedback, and training needs identification.
- Organize training & development programs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and workforce allocation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety norms, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports for management on HR metrics including attrition, headcount, and productivity.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS / HR software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle employee relations with empathy and fairness.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Timely closure of recruitment within defined SLA.
- Accuracy in payroll processing & statutory compliance.
- Employee retention & satisfaction index.
- Successful execution of training & engagement activities.
- Quality of HR MIS reporting for management.
