Position Overview
AIMS Institutes is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations and compliance requirements. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and supporting institutional audits such as
LIC, NAAC, PF, ESIC, and other regulatory requirements
. This role requires a well-organized professional who can ensure smooth HR functioning and support the institute’s accreditation and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

Conduct employee orientation and ensure a smooth induction process.

Maintain updated records of faculty and staff for institutional and regulatory audits.
Compliance & Audits
-
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, gratuity, professional tax, and labor laws.

Prepare, update, and maintain HR-related documentation for LIC, NAAC, and other regulatory audits.

Ensure all records and HR processes meet compliance standards and are audit-ready.

Coordinate with auditors, external agencies, and government bodies as required.
Employee Engagement & Welfare

Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and welfare programs.

Address staff queries and provide HR-related assistance promptly.

Contribute to building a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
HR Operations

Maintain accurate employee databases, service records, and personnel files.

Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Draft HR letters, circulars, and internal communication as needed.
Performance & Training Support

Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation.

Coordinate training and development initiatives based on institutional requirements.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in HR operations and compliance, preferably in the education sector.

Knowledge of HR statutory compliance, audits (LIC, NAAC), and regulatory requirements.

Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
