HR Executive – Banyan Paradise Resort, Dumad, Vadodara

Location: Onsite at Banyan Paradise Resort, Dumad, Vadodara
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
• Handle statutory compliances including ESIC, PF, Gratuity, and Labor Laws
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assist in payroll management and related compliance
• Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR / Management preferred)
• Experience in HR with knowledge of ESIC, PF, and Labor Law compliance is a must
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
