HR Executive

Kuala, India

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end HR functions of our academy and business operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and supporting management in building a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for academic, administrative, and support roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling, and offer rollouts.
  • Onboarding & Employee Engagement
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth employee induction.
  • Build a positive work environment through engagement activities and feedback sessions.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI, and statutory requirements.
  • Draft HR policies, employee handbooks, and contracts.
  • Payroll & Performance Management
  • Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing.
  • Track employee performance and support appraisal cycles.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development workshops.
  • Support management in building internal growth systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (education sector preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,240.58 - ₹30,023.44 per month
