HR Executive

Faith Healthcare Management manages a network of pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the UAE, focusing on delivering quality care and patient-centric services. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team and support the organization’s human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Support employee relations by addressing queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
• Assist in performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate training, professional development, and orientation programs.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
