Job Title: Plant HR Executive
Location: Tatisilwai, Ranchi
Salary Range: ₹2.50 LPA – ₹4.00 LPA
Joining: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Plant HR Executive to join our team in Tatisilwai, Ranchi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Utilize job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms for sourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles.
• Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Maintain recruitment-related reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource, Manufacturing Industry, Packaging Industry.
• Knowledge of sourcing through portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to join within 15 days.
