HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
  • Address employee queries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help in organizing training and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with internships may be considered).
  • Knowledge of HR systems (HRMS) and MS Office tools.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
