Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per company policies and legal requirements.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
- Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
- Address employee queries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help in organizing training and development initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with internships may be considered).
- Knowledge of HR systems (HRMS) and MS Office tools.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
