HR Executive

We’re looking for a mid-level HR Executive to support both strategic and operational aspects of HR. This role involves recruitment, employee onboarding, HR Operations and promoting a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Own end-to-end hiring, interviews, and onboarding processes.
• HR Operations: Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Employee Well-being: Plan events, oversee benefits, and drive engagement & retention initiatives.
• People Management: Support performance reviews, enforce policies, and foster a strong work culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in HR or relevant field
• 4–6 years experience in a tech company preferred/
• Proficient with HR tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
