We’re Hiring – HR Executive / HR Manager

Location: Science City, Ahmedabad (On-Site)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years (HR/Recruitment)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end talent acquisition: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Manage HR operations including payroll inputs, leave & attendance
• Draft and issue letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)
• Organize employee engagement activities and handle employee queries
• Maintain HR records and ensure statutory compliance

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of HR & recruitment experience
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace / HRMS-> Organized, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
