Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and campus recruitment.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive and active candidates.
- Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidate fit in terms of skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
- Maintain candidate databases (ATS) and recruitment reports for tracking and analysis.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an “employer of choice.”
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends, labor market conditions, and best practices.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth transition for new hires.
- 70% Recruitment & 30% other HR Operation Activities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
