Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and campus recruitment.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidate fit in terms of skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
  • Maintain candidate databases (ATS) and recruitment reports for tracking and analysis.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an “employer of choice.”
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends, labor market conditions, and best practices.
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth transition for new hires.
  • 70% Recruitment & 30% other HR Operation Activities

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
