HR Executive

We are looking for a HR who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training programs for employee development.
  • Assist in workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
