Hiring: HR Executive

Company: Sunchaser Structures Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Hadamtala, Rajkot
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
• Coordinate training, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and audits.
• Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA-HR / MSW preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Willing to work from Our Plant based at Hadamatala.
