Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with employees and leadership, acting as a trusted HR partner
- Communicate effectively and with empathy when handling sensitive employee matters
- Oversee and manage HR programs and initiatives while encouraging collaboration and teamwork
- Assist in supervising HR staff and delegating tasks clearly and constructively
- Participate in HR budgeting and planning with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and change management strategies
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to provide insights that support decision-making
- Utilize Kronos system for timekeeping and attendance tracking
- Administer benefits programs with a focus on clarity, support, and employee well-being
- Maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven HR experience with an emphasis on relationship-building and employee support
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and empathy
- Proficiency in HRIS, Kronos, and ATS systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
