Roles and responsibilities :

Prepare forms under The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition ) Act.

Attend compliance audit at Site.

Resolve audit observations. Joining & exit formalities.

Recruitment & Grievance Handling.

Coordination with site staff.

Only Male candidate preferred, ready to travel PAN India once in a month for Audit
